My Background
Thank you for stopping by; for over 20 years, I have established Leadership certificate programs for the University of Miami and Miami Dade College, as well as developed training for corporations, governments, and non-profits nationally and abroad. My passion has been to empower others to reach their potential. As a business consultant and leadership coach I have had the privilege of seeing thousands of students make their dreams a reality. As the first Economic Developer of the City of Doral, I developed the business plan to reach #1 in business development in the state of Florida. And as an former elected official I championed human tracfikking laws.
